Our menu changes everyday. give oats, pasta, drinks,
basically one main, one side and one drink. The whole some breakfast you have been waiting for.

Well, let the late night thing going, but also rebrand it into breakfast.

Fly alfred gets into breakfast. We will also serve breakfast. We start at 10 in the night. we are open till morning 11. I guess we will get more orders in the breakfast that way. We will only work on the subscription basis. Huh?

The delivery will be done in time slots. 10:30 - 11:00 half hour buckets.

The main thing is photos. You make sales for the photos you show. This is the thing. You could grow huge.

        Ressy is a fantabulous example of how things can shape up here. but it has a fundamental problem, they do not deliver. if you could

provide the same (or better) value, and also get the delivery done, it would be awesome.

How Exactly do you create value for the restaurant:
A restaurant needs to be reaching new customers and retaining its old customers. Offers are a wonderful way to do that. This incentivizes the

customers for a transaction. Plus, this keeps the things exciting. You have an option of Combos.

brainstorming

the idea is to keep your initial idea steady without the hassle and perils of founding a logistics arm. you can outsource it. like flipkart is doing. and if you break it big, you can start building your own logistics company or build an arm yourself. but the valuations skyrocket on scale. you need a pan india deal with roadrunnr, with grab and with pickingo, opinio or any other guy coming in.

its a very innovative concept and has to be really clear in your mind, before turning to execution.

what are you going to do about clusters. what about home kitchens. what is the discount offering model you are building. every question needs to be answered.

the basic idea is that foodos is going to have strategic tie ups with the restaurants. since the advent of so many restaurant aggregators and delivery startups, and ressy, restaurants are open to different kind of partnerships. you can device a way here. for viral growth. imagine paneer makhni and 2 parathas and a brownie for 69 rupees. and the dishes sourced from different restaurants. this is exciting. this is awesome. this has potential.

now there are two hurdles to the initiation.
1) logistic model: you have to make sure the deliveries are happening at time. you are no longer a logistic company, thank god for that, you are a core choice delivery company. that sounds about awesome. fantabulous. but you have to device and embibe the tech with the logistic partners. get into a strategic partnership. this is a little risky, as what happens if you completely deny doing orders with us, the MOU has to be taken care of in a very scrutinizing way. this is the utter need. you can promote their thing on your website as logistic partners. you are letting go of a lot many things from your control. but still you need this to grow huge. 1 week.

2) Business plan: the older business model is changing. its changing a lot many things. so naturally you need to alter your business model. the discount model. the margins here. the calculation of expenses. the margins. how scalable the idea could be. branding. marketing strategy. 1 week.

this is the need of the hour here.

these are big goals. inspiring goals. achievable goals.
dream, believe, achieve.
dream part is done.
the belief is a lot dependent on the hardwork you put.
achievement comes later. make yourself ready to achieve.

Now comes scrutinization.

Foodos:

Change the name.
this name is arbitrary. swiggy people know it. you need a different brand. tejas was a comparatively recent entry. but the name is stale. you need high growth. high growth doesn't come on stale names. change the name, change the identity, change the fortune. change the attitude. but be really succint about it. have some names ready. be a presenter, but do your groundwork before. once you have the whole plan ready, then go ahead with it.
make sure you are fast. make sure you get shit done. thats your role. thats why you exist. thats your purpose.

the product changes.
make the idea of the product really clear. really clear. think hard about it. the changes you could do. and develop it that way. this is the second step. the first step shouldn't take more than 2 days. all the changes, brain storming shouldn't take more than 2 days on your part. thats the speed you need to fight the big boys. if you do this, you are winner.
the world of food delivery is shifting fast. you could focus on your core business this way, by partnering with the logistic companies. and get shit done fast.
all the brainstorming should not take more than 2 day.
on 16 evening you are meeting with the whole team and are going to show the ground work.

Fly Alfred Action Plan

They fell hungry and maybe they are not ready to spend a lot. the PG food is sucky.
Later on, we can start delivering dinner too.

but we will look into that after one week of operations
